Warranty policy

As long as you still own the car the part was installed on, all parts are covered by a one-year, unlimited mileage warranty for the original buyer. There is no coverage for labor costs. Only the cost of the part may be refunded; labor, diagnostic fees, and towing costs are not included.

An ASE-certified mechanic must have identified the failure, which must have occurred after the part was installed. Within 30 days of delivery, every component needs to be installed. Parts that were defective when received are not covered by the warranty, and returns must be made within 30 days. This warranty cannot be transferred.

Improper installation, mishaps, abuse, alterations, and off-road/racing use are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, it does not include parts that are installed on vehicles that are recalled by the manufacturer or that have been damaged by fire, theft, environmental factors, or extended use after failure.

Only essential parts like the block, heads, pistons, etc. are covered under warranty for engine assemblies, and only essential parts like shafts, housing, and gears are covered under warranty for axle assemblies.

You must email your claim within 30 days of the failure, along with your order number, the installation invoice from a certified ASE mechanic, and the mechanic's diagnosis and certification. After the claim is initiated, documentation must be submitted within ten days.

Parts installed on commercial vehicles are covered for 90 days.
