In order to start processing your order as soon as possible, we take every precaution. Every order is processed after it is placed.
Order cut-off time, transit, and processing:
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday)
Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Saturday)
Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) (Panama) is the order closing time. If an order is placed before 8:00 pm, it will be shipped the same day.
Delivery is expected to occur within 6–10 business days.
Monitoring Orders
You will receive an email as soon as your order ships with your tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery by using this number.
Exceptions and Delays
We try our best to ensure on-time delivery, but please be advised that unforeseen events like inclement weather or strikes can cause delays. If there are any major delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.
